Custom Requests & Engineering Support
VR setups aren’t always one-size-fits-all. All ARMORY components are designed and engineered in-house, which allows us to evaluate custom adapter requests for unsupported or uncommon controllers and configurations.
While custom solutions aren’t guaranteed for every setup, we’ve successfully helped players adapt the ARMORY system to a variety of non-standard configurations. If you’re unsure whether your setup will work, feel free to reach out with your headset and controller details and we’ll let you know what’s possible.

Ordering & What’s Included
Q: What comes included with the ARMORY-R1?
A: The ARMORY-R1 includes the core gunstock system and one compatible controller adapter based on the VR platform you select at purchase. This allows the system to work out of the box with your setup.
Q: Do I need to purchase a controller adapter separately?
A: No. One compatible controller adapter is included with every ARMORY-R1 purchase. Additional adapters are only needed if you use multiple VR platforms or want extra flexibility.
Q: Are accessories required to use the ARMORY-R1?
A: No. Accessories are completely optional. The ARMORY-R1 functions fully on its own with the included components. Accessories are available for comfort or preference-based enhancements.
Q: Can I change or add accessories later?
A: Yes. Accessories can be added at any time and do not require reconfiguring the core system.
Q: How do I choose the correct configuration when ordering?
A: During checkout, you’ll select your VR platform and handedness. This ensures the correct components are included with your order.
Compatibility & Setup
Q: Will the ARMORY-R1 work with my VR headset and controllers?
A: The ARMORY system supports a range of popular VR platforms and controllers. You can view the full, up-to-date compatibility list on our Compatibility page before purchasing.
Q: Does the ARMORY-R1 work with all VR games?
A: Game compatibility depends on controller support within each title. If a game works with standard VR controllers, it will generally work with the ARMORY system. Many popular VR shooters are commonly played with the ARMORY-R1.
Q: My setup isn’t listed — can I still use the ARMORY system?
A: In some cases, yes. All ARMORY components are designed in-house, which allows us to evaluate custom adapter requests for unsupported or uncommon setups. If your configuration isn’t listed, feel free to contact us with your details.
Q: I’m having trouble attaching my controller — what should I do?
A: Make sure you’re using the correct adapter for your controller type and that it’s fully seated. We recommend reviewing the relevant setup video in the Getting Started section above for step-by-step guidance.
Q: Do accessories change how the system is set up?
A: No. Accessories do not change the core configuration of the ARMORY-R1. They can be added or removed without affecting compatibility or basic operation.
Shipping & Returns
Q: Where do you ship from?
A: All VR Tactical Gear products ship from the United States.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes. We ship internationally to many countries. Shipping rates, duties, and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on destination.
Q: How long does it take for my order to ship?
A: Most orders ship within a few business days. You’ll receive tracking information once your order has shipped.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is returned in its original packaging and condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Q: Does the ARMORY-R1 include a warranty?
A: Yes. The ARMORY-R1 is backed by a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use. If you experience an issue, please contact us and we’ll help resolve it.
