About VR Tactical Gear
VR Tactical Gear was built to solve a simple problem: most VR accessories feel like toys, not tools. We design equipment that feels natural, functional, and purpose-built for serious VR players who care about performance, realism, and immersion.
The Complications with Most VR Gunstocks
Many VR gunstocks rely on magnetic mounts or fixed controller cups that require precise placement to function properly. While this can work in controlled situations, it often becomes a limitation during fast-paced gameplay—especially for new users, and even for experienced players in intense combat scenarios.
When finding the exact mounting point becomes necessary mid-match, it can interrupt flow and impact performance. In some cases, magnetic connections can also disengage under force during aggressive movements, breaking immersion at the moment precision matters most.
For competitive and realism-focused players, these compromises create friction where there shouldn’t be any.
Our Design Philosophy
We believe a VR gunstock should disappear into the experience, not demand constant attention. The best designs feel intuitive in motion, remain consistent under pressure, and allow players to focus entirely on the game—not on managing their equipment.
Our approach prioritizes secure handling, natural movement, and reliable performance during fast transitions and high-intensity gameplay. Every design decision is made to reduce friction, eliminate unnecessary steps, and keep the player locked into the moment.
The ARMORY Approach
Rather than designing a single rigid gunstock, we built ARMORY as a modular system. This allows players to configure their setup based on their VR platform, handedness, and play style—without forcing relearning or awkward adjustments between sessions.
The system is designed to remain stable during aggressive movement while allowing fast, intuitive controller engagement. By reducing reliance on precise alignment and fragile connection points, ARMORY keeps players focused on gameplay instead of hardware management.
What We Stand For
Function over gimmicks
Every design choice serves a purpose. If it doesn’t improve performance or usability, it doesn’t belong.Modularity over lock-in
Gear should adapt to players and platforms — not force replacements when setups change.Consistency under pressure
Equipment should perform the same in calm moments as it does during high-intensity gameplay.Comfort without compromise
Long sessions demand balance, ergonomics, and reliability without sacrificing control.Built with the player in mind
Real gameplay, real feedback, and real use cases guide how our products evolve.
Our Backstory
Looking Forward
VR Tactical Gear is focused on building a long-term ecosystem, not chasing short-term trends. As VR platforms evolve, our goal is to continue designing equipment that adapts alongside them—without forcing players to abandon gear they’ve already invested in.
We’re committed to thoughtful iteration, platform support, and designs that remain relevant as VR hardware and gameplay continue to mature.
