Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order ships
Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day
Shipping Times
United States: Typical delivery in 3–7 business days
International: Delivery times vary by country and customs processing, generally 1 1/2 – 2 weeks on average but we have on occasion seen 3 – 4 week deliveries depending on location
International shipments may experience delays due to:
Customs inspections
Duties or taxes imposed by the destination country
Local carrier handoffs
Once a package leaves the U.S., tracking updates may be limited until it clears customs.

International tracking updates may be infrequent while in transit or customs
We see the same tracking information that customers do after shipment
Lost or Delayed Shipments

Shows no tracking updates for 45 days after shipment
